Skincare Routine: I am constantly changing it up but I try to have some self care facial time each night.
General Overview of a Typical Day: wake up at 5am and have 1-2 hours of quiet time reading/journaling before my toddler wakes up….then quality time with her, get ready for work/school, drop her off at school….have one hour of admin/manifestation list time, then usually have 1-2 human design readings, do a little podcast scheduling or recording, check in with my private coaching clients, then head home for some yoga Nidra before picking the little one up from school. We usually play outside or go swimming for an hour or so then she helps me start dinner, we eat as a family, take the dog on a walk, and then it’s time for bath time. My husband does bedtime while I have a little bit of downtime and I’m usually in bed and asleep bye 8:30pm :)
